Called to say there was a fire at the store so they cannot deliver. I checked this out on google and it was the truth
At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.

This number is harmless. Is simply the call back service for Chatordate chat line which allows female callers to access the service without paying connection charges from their mobile or landline provider.

Was sent straight to voicemail, even though they rang me. Disconnected call and immediately got a message on my phone advising about blocking scam callers, was about to click yes, when a link appeared to a website? Seems like some kind of scam, avoid and beware!
I rang this number (01252 860999) back because I didn’t know who had called and don’t know anybody in Aldershot. Automatic voice said “The number you have dialled has not been recognised”. I think it must be a scam caller. Annoying or Dangerous?
SPAM Silence, then recorded message purporting to be from "Wirgin Media". Didn't listen to any more.
We were telephoned 3 times between approx 6 - 7pm on Thurs 29/11/2012. They did not leave messages which made me suspicious. I dialled 1471 and Googled. They appear to be in Preston, Lancashire. SCAM: HRMC HMRC is aware of an automated phone call scam which will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press one to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately.
I received a worrying call from this number. They rang me. I missed the call. When I rang back they denied phoning me, shouted at me, told me no one was there and hung up. I reported it to the police.

SCAM Received a text message from this number (supposedly HSBC) saying i had authorised a payment of £195.00 to Mr C Jones. The message goes onto say that if it was not me, to cancel by clicking the link in the message. They must think i was born yesterday! Firstly i have never owned an HSBC account, secondly i don't know a Mr C Jones and thirdly, i would NEVER click a link in a text message even if i knew who the message was from!

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. Got a call from this number I tried to explain we have terminally ill person in house and needed phone lines clear ( my father has cancer) they just laughed and put phone down. After calling a further 9 times in 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager who came to phone and proceeded to laugh through my explanation and put phone down. I then blocked the number so they rang a further 10 times from international withheld and either blasted sirens or just laughed down phone .
