They said they were from Nationwide. They gave my name and address which was correct. They then told me my age range, but got it wrong. When I told them they just hung up. Sounded like a Chinese lady on the other end

I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. It ll be interesting to see if they stop calling me. If they don t stop, I ll write to OFCOM, and copy a letter to the police and to my local MP, who just happens to be David Cameron. For the last week I have received calls from this number. Each time I have answered to have either an automated message played informing me to call them back or they have simply hung up. Today I answered to actually speak to a person, claiming that my bank could have "let me down" with insurance (basically, another PPI company). I told them to remove my number from the books completely and if they continue to call and harass me I ll be taking it further.

Call me constantly on my landline and mobile. It s regarding a road traffic accident they claim I have had but I haven t. I have said many times I haven t but they don t listen. I block them then a few weeks later a get a call from a different number but the same company. Won t take me off their database despite me telling them dozens of times. My tip is just hang up on these annoying cold callers who buy our private numbers from databases.
