Caller said he was from HMRC about national insurance number and said to callback. Previously rang on an 003 number.

Had this number call 5 times today saying there calling from virgin and my isp is running slow yet when i told them i wasnt with virgin they asked who was i with and when i asked them to stop calling and calling otherwise i would report them to fraud line and offcom surprise phone went silent. this number and another which traced to manchester have been spam calling for a few days both claiming they are virgin internet services.
Fraud. Claiming to be HMRC using scare tactics to encourage people to call back probably to extort money. Phone voice is American recorded voice. Please do not fall for this scam.

Scam text supposedly from the NHS wanting payment for a covid passport, which as we all know is free
Just answered this as it was a 'normal' dialling code. Turns out it was a recorded message for a PPI claim.
