The usual scam call supposedly from BT threatening to suspend my calls because of suspicious activity on my landline. The worrying aspect is that they seem to have highjacked a perfectly legitimate Glasgow number to call from.

3-4 calls every day. Ring off if you attempt to complain. Premium rate to call them back what a load of plonkers. Seriously I agree with other comments about finding out who they are and giving them some of their own medicine it would serve them right to get sued for harassment.

Caller said my 24 month service contract on washing machine had expired. When I informed him I didn't have one he said "so you won't want to renew" and hung up.
SCAM
I received a call from this number and said they are calling from BT, technical helpline, to help improving my internet speed. They have my name and address. My internet provider is not BT, and i am aware that the my internet provider using BT network. Caller wanted to do a setup on my computer but I asked him to send those instructions by post. I don’t think it’s a genuine call
