just had an automated call on my work phone from this number saying "HRMC you've had an investigation raised against you, press 1 to connect" so i hung up.

Knows your name and address. Trying to sell loft insulation by saying you have the wrong type and needs to be changed. Just trying to gain access to property probably. I don’t even have a loft. Very aggressive sales techniques. Scanning scum bags of elderly.
SCAM / SPAM - Continually call about loft lagging. We have never had any! Do not answer the phone to these people.
