Call centre who knew my name asking me about a accident I ve had in the past couple of years (which i haven t ) as soon as i told her i hadn t she hung up beware!!

Have had 4-5 calls from this number today. Finally answered & a lady called Lisa, was telling me that as I had never made a call out on my sky protection I was eligible for a saving to become a platinum Customer & Pay £150 for 3 years of protection instead of what I m currently paying.
