Be Online? Trying to reduce phone bills. I held then on the phone pretending to find the model number of my telephone, he called me an idiot. I was so upset by this! I will vote for any political party who once and for all makes this type of calling illegal. In the day and age of the Internet I m sure if we want a product or service we all have the ability to find it ourselves.

It stated that I should press 1 to be connected to someone who could resolve the issue. Didn't even mention a service provider - absolutely a scam
