Beware of this company, I signed a 12 month contract and now they are trying to have me for another year. called to discus this with them and straight away they threaten me with legal action. this alone tells me they have many un happy customers. there s no talking to them, they quote the small print meaning the large print on the front means nothing at all.. beware people do not use this company
SCAM Purported to be from Virgin Media, telling me my broadband needed to be updated as it was under-performing. After numerous questions, he wanted to remotely take control of my laptop to run an update. At this point I told him I was recording the call and he immediately ended the call!
