I received a call.. silent. When I tried calling it back I got a voice recording suggesting the number was not recognised. As such I suspect the number is being used as a cover number to scam people. Nervious and want to share just in case others experience the same

Rang to say I had won a ?2000 holiday but they needed an admin fee to cover booking costs (?85) Then tried to get my bank details and asked me for my online banking details as well. Told them I thought this was a scam at which point the caller told me to F*** off and hung up.

I called the number back and it gives you the option to remove your number from their calling list. Does not actually say who they are though.
