Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

First call 09:05h one ring then cut off. Second call a few minutes later, well spoken man asked for me by name, I confirmed it was me, asked me how I am today, without answering I asked who was calling and the call was ended by the caller.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2036346xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with robocalls, RTA - accident chasers, but also lottery and fake wins, be aware.
