Rang 11 times yesterday. Called them back several time on Skype today (am working abroad and didn t take any of their calls). It s some agency of The Carphone Warehouse. Each time I press button 2 when it says do that to speak to an operator. Then after about 15 seconds of Chopin s "Minute Waltz" it says "Goodbye" and hangs up on me.
Fraud. A recorded voice told me that my visa card was being used to purchase something in the region of £600. I was supposed to press '1' but the voice didn't say what for!! I tried calling the number but it doesn't exist. Beware!

I was called by 01131132840 today 15/12/14, Indian sounding lady, telling me she has been tracking my use an can see my Computer has various problems, virus etc and that she can help me, usual rubbish. knowing that she was going to try and access my PC to either download virus or steal my personal info I asked her sarcasticaly do u need to remotely access my computer?! Offered latest handset, unlimited calls & texts, incliding international plus 30gb internet for £40per month, said they would cancel my current contract for me transfer my number over and cover all cancellation fees. Got very aggressive/ insistent when I said I had sim only contract and intended to stay that way, suddenly offering the deal for £25 and demanding my card details immediately before I someone else took the offer instead.

Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging.
