My son answered the phone and passed it to me. A voice clearly stated who they were and that I was being recorded. I asked where they got my number from (as its a brand new line and I have not given it to anyone at all!)They said I was on there system as I was a customer of there s. We received a silent call from them which locked our line for a few minutes even when we put the phone down and pick it up again. They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Cold call....I don t answer any number unless they leave a message and I want to call back. Any number that comes through that doesn t leave a message or is unknown to me I just put it in my blocked list and delete it immediately. Don t ever call unknown numbers back if its genuine they will always leave a message
