Called today, woman claiming to be from Scottish Widows. Woman asked for me by name and could I talk about letter sent on 31/01/2017. Said I have not received the letter. She said she had letter there and if I had time she could tell me what it said over the phone. Told her even if she did I would not discuss anything with her over the phone and to re-issue the letter. I and my partner have received these calls. They are quite convincing and can understand how some less aware people are caught out. My biggest concern is people say they have reported it to police on 101, Trading standards, TPS and Ofcom but it is still go
