Voice was female with slightly accented American tone. Checked BT Numbers and they do not appear to include this one. Assume it’s a scam of some sort.

My error - I wanted to insure a piece of jewellry and got a number of online quotes requiring my contact number, I ended up going with a different company as these guys couldnt provide an instant quote. Theyve been calling religiously every day since ! Genuine compant - just very annoying and I shall answer the next call and tell them I m not interested (always missed calls)

This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha
