A man calling himself Mark started calling me on a Monday and leaving messages stating that he was going to have me arrested if I did not get a Walmart green dot card and pay a supposed debt. Then on Tuesday his name was James and leaving the same message. There have been news reports that these type of stickers are used by criminals to identify which properties can later be burgled. This may or may not be the case with these stickers but any locksmith that advertises by sticking stickers on other peoples property without permission, are untrustworthy in my book.
