Just found out that £79•99 has been taken from my account by a cpmpamy called mgi. I didnt make the payment via card and had to call my bank to cancel my card. They told me i have to wait 3 days to see if the payment is taken as it is pending so i cant stop it. This is a joke and the company should be prosecuted for it. I want my money back. we all earn our money so why should we have to loose it like this. I feel sory for all those who have lost money to these people..

Said he was calling from a company called molten and brown (not sure if Molton is correct but, something similar) Said he'd been passed my information because someone in the family have had an all inclusive holiday in the last 2 years. Said "wished I had but, no" He just said okay we'll get that information corrected and that was that. Strange.

Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
