This company called me because i requested a kitchen design visit on their website so they were calling to arrange a date and time for the designer to come to my house.

THIS PERSON CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE FROM BRITISH TELECOM AND THAT THEY WERE CALLING BECAUSE THEY HAD SOME READINGS FROM MY COMPUTER TO SAY IT WAS FAULTY AND THEY WANTED TO HELP ME FIX IS. SCAM I SAY.
contractor coming to bring replacement furniture & remove defective furniture
I have had several calls from this company even though I informed them that I had chosen another company to replace my windows. Anglian Windows are a damn nuisance, customer service is very poor and all I can say is they must be DESPERATE for business if they keep making unwanted calls to potential customers. I chose Needhams for my windows and would highly recommend them as opposed to Anglian persistent Windows!
