Tried to claim I had an outstanding vehicle tax refund from an overpayment, followed by a request to visit a "secure" link. I do not own a vehicle regarding a tax payment and when I tried to reply about the matter it failed. Usually (if it is an official company) it displays the company's name, but this was just some random number's message acting as though I knew exactly what the subject was about.
