Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. It s a scam. They withdraw from my wallet 25$ for nothing. One month ago i pay 0.5 $ for a conversion pdf and i dont receive it and i say ok, it s fine. and now they stole me 25$.
If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. It was not ghe number I had as a contact for Everest or Everest 2020.
