As some above - calling in regards to debt seeking someone who has never lived at this address. We suffered from repeated calls of the same nature from MacKenzie Hall / PRA Group for years and once we managed to get PRA to stay on the phone long enough to give an address wrote to them explaining the situation and demanding they cease harassment. That worked for approx 12 months until 8am this morning when calls for the same wrong person resumed. Presumably - knowing that the contact details are incorrect -

When I asked why he was calling he told me it was about my accident, so I very sarcastically asked when this accident was going to happen. He didn't pick up on the fact I was expecting some date in the future as I know I haven't had an accident, he told me it was the one in 2015.
