Had a call from this number just now. He said that he is from EE and started asking a lot of questions about my contact with EE. The sort of phone I am using, how long the contract is,...etc., I got suspicion because EE should have all those details without having to ask me especially as I am still in contract with them. Called about insurance on household appliances. Got the make of my washing machine and TV wrong. I asked what sort of cooker I had, gas he said, I don’t have gas in the house. I asked what bank I used, got that wrong too. When I told him he rang off!! Very rude????????
I cancelled an account with them three years ago because there were hidden card charges. They are still calling despite being told I will never have an account with them again.

I was trying to join IET on-line, but one of the tabs in the application was falling over, so she called to offer me help to complete what I had initiated.
I anwsered then they hung up right away - blocked number.
Do not do anything that they tell you to do. Scam where they say something wrong with computer. I kept them on line for 12 minutes acting dumb and then ended conversation with I m not sure why you re asking me to do this as I am a computer technician. THey soon cut me off!!
