Call center Polite gentleman asking some general questions about energy providers and appliances.

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

Heavily accented guy called claiming to be from First Nation bank with regard to PPI claim to the value of ?3000. Apparently they need to take commission (no win no fee) of ?200, but can only take this in the form of Google Play cards... (As if!) Cold call from this company. Advised company re TPS and did not appreciate cold calls, put phone down. Caller phoned back and became abusive and threatening. I informed police and have a crime number. Hopefully the police will take action.
