Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. I called the number back and knew I was connected as the clock on my phone was showing how long my connection was. As no human or recorded voice answered I hung up. This was at 9:54 pm.
