After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. This number rang my landline again at 1:02pm, I refused to answer and they did not leave a message. As I am now on the new Digital Voice service, I have now added this to my blacklist before I am pestered again by whoever is calling from London.
