Caller rang me and clearly it is from a call centre as lots of people talking in the background about mobile phones. Caller did not speak and hung up the phone. I rang the number back which is supposedly on the Sheffield UK exchange but there was a one sentence message which said you have been called by carphonewarehouse . A few minutes later the same caller ID appeared on my phone and when I answered it it was a female calling from carphonewarehouse in SOUTH AFRICA!!
this cunt hacked my fb and sent a message to all my fb friends asking them to receive a payment for them and then entice them onto whatsapp via this number to receive bank details.my dad phoned the number and a guy answered, who was then calmly threatened
A landline from Swansea . This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with telemarketing or silent calls.
A recorded message telling me there was an order of an Apple IPad from my Amazon account. I have had four such calls today so far, but I don't know if they were all from this number.
