Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.

I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. Said was from housing repair and I had reported a problem to to them. I did not.
