I regularly get calls from this number. It s mostly an Indian sounding woman on the phone who either tells me that she is calling for the victim, because I should have caused an accident or she tells me that my computer was broken.

Got back from holiday to find this number had called me (my answer machine was switched off) once a day for the previous 8 days.

They wanted me to confirm my surname twice and hung up!

Caller said she was BT openreach and that there was a fault on my computer. I said no there isn't, she said how do you know?. I answered because I'm a computer expert....

I ve had 3 calls from this number in 3 days. They leave no message so I assume it can t be anyone I know or important. Going to block it now that I ve seen others have had the same.

They scammed the company I work for by paying for their order for banners by cheque. They then claimed to have overpaid by £2,000. Unfortunately our young owner was unaware they had paid by cheque and as Nat West had the money as cleared on his account, he paid them the 2k direct into their bank account! It s harder for young people who have little knowledge of cheques. Robbing, thieving scammers; what goes round comes round - as in you ll get yours !!

Don t know who this is fed up of cold calls what has happened to DATA PROTECTION how do they get our numbers
