They say acting on behalf of credit card company,selling you a type of PPI or book of vouchers for about £7 a month,utter worthless nothing you normally buy.The discount offered is nothing you cannot get by asking supplier direct

Randomly called my mobile but ofcourse when they got my voicemail they didnt leave a message ,called back and got a voicemail and it stated GFS Money which I inturn googled and low and behold they are a loan company ... blah blah .. wish these people would phone me for something useful .

They took me for 3K and said they will tell my wife if I called them again. Complete scam do not pay them or call them they will promise you work but nothing happens, just keep cancelling and asking for more money which was willing to give but stopped believing them. Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

Just had a call from this number. A man called Daniel started to waffle about interest and stuff, I asked whether this was about PPI? He said it was about insurance and the interest and carried on talking about it, I asked him once again whether it was PPI. He admitted it was, I said I didn t have any, and he (rather arse-ily) said "Well, how would you know!? It s embedded in the insurance!" I said "Because I ve never had a mortgage, I ve never had a credit card and I ve never had a loan" He hung up.

You cannot be charged for answering a call. The numbers are spoofed by scammers and are from outside the UK so the TPS has no effect.

I missed a call from what appeared to be a mobile 07937933921 I rang back but no one spoke but found on my next bill that I had a charge for personal numbering to ring this number back and I have mobile calls included for free normally. Beware you will pay a premium to ring this number and it isn t an 070 number!

Nuisance caller. I will prosecute this person for cold calls. Sometimes there is no answer when I lift the receiver; sometimes a female voice says "hello" and hangs up. They may have set the number so that when people dial "1471" the nuisance caller is still on the line and instead of the BT response to 1471 my phone is rigged to dial the caller s number. I am contacting the police with a view to prosecuting the caller for being a pest.
