I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

Unknown number calling a TPS registered private number. It is one digit different from 01226666737, Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd calling with a driveway scam that has been pestering my home number recently and may be the same. A gentleman called me in this number - he had lots of info about me which I didn’t like- he basically said I was due some money from a bitcoin account but I needed to open a bitcoin wallet to receive the money - I asked him to send me all the details via email ( he already had my address) and as yet I haven’t received an email - it is worrying when they know so much about you - it is easy to think it is ligit… be careful …

This person left a message to say my "shipment" could not be delivered and I must contact the post office.
