It said it was from NHS covid. That i had been in close contact with someone who tested positive for covis But required a card number for the postage of a test kit. So i am very confused to wheather i should reply to it.

Called asking to verify my name & address, they had both wrong, so then wanted my name & address. I asked why but this Indian or Pakistani kept waffling & would not say why, so I hung up. Next time I shall use a tuning fork over the ear piece, so it explodes his end!

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

Called again saying he had [email?protected] on my doorstep I assume he wants me to phone back and can only assume a premium rate number. Very very abusive DO NOT CALL THIS NO.

I ve asked them to remove our number (we re on the TPS). However you can see they keep calling.
