They texted my mum faking to be one of her children, asking to delete the old number and to text back if she's "received this text". Just a scam. The spelling and grammar was off. The text went from informal to formal. Don't reply back.

SCAM. They sent me a text saying they were from USPS. The message was as followed: The USPS package arrived at the warehouse but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. claimed to be BT saying my services would be shut down due to suspicious content on the line

UK Number 7442644606 Caller plays an automated message saying 'Your National Insurance has been compromised in Wales etc...Before we take any Legal action against you for its misuse, talk to our officer". This seems highly suspicious as there have been no notification whatsoever for the same via either postal-mails or emails etc.

Recorded message threatening me with court action, an the removal of my national insurance number. Press 1 to speak to an officer. This is particularly threatening and will cause many vulnerable to press 1. It is a scam.

Someone speaking an Asian language called at 8am. When he realised I had answered he switched to English to tell me my broadband had been hacked. Asked the name of his firm - BT. Told him I would deal with it and hung up. Rang BT but the number was not theirs! how surprising. Number now blocked.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. All I had to do was download anydesk.com. No thanks. This is how scammers connect to your computer, take control of it and steal your money. When I hung up he called me back from a slightly different number offended that I had hung up. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Fraudulent message about coming in contact with someone with Covid 19. I clicked on the link, they provided and saw it looked like an NHS website. Then I went to click on the NHS logo (assuming it would take me to the homepage), however, it came up with a 404 code showing this page didn’t exist. This is a SCAM. It’s a fabricated message. Don’t fill out any details they ask for!

SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!
