Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy.
