Caller knew my surname, when I asked where he got my number he said from a data base. When I continued to question him he became angry and told me to stop wasting his time!!

Scammed my 76 year old dad. He paid ?150 for a piece of worthless plastic junk that does not work. Why arn t the goverment doing more to protect people from these nusiance callers. And guess what they won t give a refund.

Called asking to verify my name & address, they had both wrong, so then wanted my name & address. I asked why but this Indian or Pakistani kept waffling & would not say why, so I hung up. Next time I shall use a tuning fork over the ear piece, so it explodes his end!

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Client reported someone from this number has called 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks saying that he owed money.No other details.They gave correct surname but wrong initial. Gave correct postcode but no other info. Client has no debts/loans. Client very vulnerable, distressed by these calls( one was after 8pm)
