First Stop solutions phoned me yet again .... automated message saying "please hold on, I'll connect you" ..... why do they think I want to waste time and hold on...

Had a call from an Indian chap asking to speak to a woman I ve never heard of so I indulged him to try and find out what he was calling for. He said they were a debt consolidation company so I asked who was financially backing them. He said he couldn t tell me so I advised him that the information should be public knowledge and available from Companies House. This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

Pretty sure this is an "accident" claim line. Told them never had an accident etc and they kept on contradicting me, in the end I hung up

House of Ladies ask for a police check. I am not sure of them. Perhaps someone can let me know if they are genuine. Usually a good agency as the type on this page should be good. Only the bad ones need a police check. I do not have their number but it can be looked up. They do not charge for admin or so their information states. I also found this man to be very obnoxious and forceful on the phone. I advise anyone that speaks to him to hang up. He needs more training and should get another life rather than bullying people down the phone. He was rude and forcing me to buy something off him. Be careful of this man
