This number has called me several times during the last few days, insisting I am owed money and asking why I havent claimed it - very annoying, especially when I am asleep after...

Received a couple of calls from this number. It s Vanquis calling about supposed late payments and debt. It s one thing to call if the person actually has debt, but quite another if the person hasn t. What s more, they call at all hours and quite frequently so it s bothering on harassment!

They wanted me to confirm my surname twice and hung up!

Missed call 07 Jan 2013 from this unknown number to my UK mobile (I also am with O2 - may be a theme emerging). No message left - feels like a chancer.

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. Company claiming they had my details from an accident I had had and got stroppy when I kept telling them they had wrong number. Tried to claim it was right number so must be someone else in my "household" who had reported an accident. The number is a business phone solely for my use so they were just talking rubbish.
