Sounded like a computer as it took a few seconds to answer when I said hello. It said it was HRMC. I hung up.
Said they could get some money back from my bank for me, it just needed me to claim it,then wanted me to give them my personal details. Yeah right, told them that for data protection I do not give any details out over the phone. At this point I had goggled the number and was now aware that it some shady company by the name of Active Capital, apparently debt collectors.
