I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Phoned today at 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 2.50pm, 5pm, 6.20pm. Called yesterday at 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 5pm. Didn't leave any messages.

Sales call about advertising on google, when i asked them to remove my details from the database they became very rude and when asked to remove my details again they hung up.

Number appears on Phone Statement called at 12 noon. As I never use the landline during the day have no recall of making this call. Suspect it is not a true call.

very noisy call centre. usual patter, how are you today etc claptrap.. said they are offering incentives in my area, they are asking about life planning, at that point I cut them off. Nuisance call,when is this harassment going to be stopped...I will report as usual to the ICO, probably another waste of time, great job if you can get it..

Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

Frequently have these calls from Asian sounding men and women who become quite aggressive when I ask why they are ringing, told them we have registered with the TPS and to take our number off their list but to no avail. This time I told them know one of that name at this address and they just asked if I was sure. Will be interesting to see if we get any more! Why hasn t someone tracked this number down and charged them with harassment calls?
