Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. SCAM Scammers pretending to be my network provider O2. I'm not with O2, they using this number which when googled comes up with a restaurant. I can only assume their spoofing the number using voice over Internet calls.

Claimed to be ringing from NHS and started by saying Good Afternoon and this was at 08:46 so rang alarm bells anyhow. I cut him off after he apologised and said sorry Good Morning

Caller insolently asked me 'How are you today', before telling me I was registered with a paying Amazon service and asking me if I wanted to cancel it!

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). This number is ringing my BT landline every day at different times of the day claiming to be from the BT technical department. The caller says they have been monitoring my broadband connection for several weeks and have detected a number of unauthorised users using my IP address. To correct this they want me to open my computer and accept new settings that they are about to give me. At this point I hang up assuming this is a scam and will give access to my PC and everything that is stored on it.

I received a pre-recorded message from this number claiming that an unauthorized payment has been taken from my Amazon account and that an unauthorized international transfer has taken place from my bank account. I believe this to be a SCAM so, beware!!
