Because I refused to switch on my computer I was told that they would put a block on my access and that I will be billed for £200.

I called the number back and knew I was connected as the clock on my phone was showing how long my connection was. As no human or recorded voice answered I hung up. This was at 9:54 pm.

This person just rang me saying it was about a competition to win an I phone 6 and shopping vouchers- I don't recall entering a competition.
i answered and said nothing. It then cut itself off. Suspect its auto dialling and waiting for voice activation of a scam message.
