When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. Pretended to be from Virgin Media, but I know they do not call from Manchester and they give their first name when they call you. Clearly a scam

This is an unwanted and unrequested caller who is breaking all UK regulations regarding sales calls to TPS protected numbers. The caller was called Elsie, had USA accent so number may be spoofed. Refused to confirm my I'd so caller hung up. Avoid this caller.
