Very fantastic service. They called me 2times because my husband was not reachable on his mobile phone.
Said they were from disputes at HSBC. Pronounced my name wrong & asked for my date of birth for security purposes. When I refused to give this over the phone they said that I would receive a letter & I must respond to this then hung up. No pleasantries.
