Recorded harassment call that gave me a big belly laugh and brightened my day - "there is a warrant out for you, press 1 to speak to HMRC otherwise you will be arrested shortly". Erm, that s not how taxes work. Hahahahaha "shortly"
This is the HP support number. I had been speaking to them about an issue with my HP laptop, so they did have a legitimate reason to call me a few days ago, but the case had been closed so I chose not to take this call.
Just has a call from this number stating that is was from the finance department of ******* (did not wait to hear any more as must be a scam). If from a the finance department of a VALID company, would write to you id any problems, NOT phone. Blocked at once.

Number rang me saying it was for an O2 upgrade and when i caught him out on being a scam he kept calling me back from numbers which my phone said was in random countries. O2 would not be persistent for 5 minutes repeatedly calling me from different numbers. Pushy, annoying and fake.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Car accident claim scam-mongers, probably a robot, female voice, said a company name so quickly I couldn t catch it. The opening speech was along the lines of I m calling because you were in a car accident that wasn t your fault, is that right? . Said no and put the phone on one side - call ended after 23 seconds, but at least it was at their cost. Am registered with TPS for this mobile, so will report and block.

Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were.
