Called me twice stating he was from Microsoft and stated our computer was being hacked. on the second call he shouted, "Have I tried to sell you something... NO!!!!! Have I asked you for your bank account or for money... NO!!" I was very angry and gave him some nice new words to look up. There is no way he was a specialist from Microsoft!

Fraud tried saying i owe them 400 quid

"We've had to stop your card due to some unusual activity. Did you use your card for 195.90 GBP? If yes reply YES. If NO, Call 08004370296 or +4408004370296". As others, I don't bank with Halifax.

SCAM - some guy claiming to be from Carphone warehouse and offering me an iPhone. When I asked how he got my number, he hung up immediately

SCAM be careful as this number purports to be from BT and my IP Internet address has been compromised possibly by the Russians or Chinese and could be used for money laundering. When I said I only used Internet for my television he got annoyed and wanted to speak with my husband! Said no husband, so he closed conversation and said he'd call back!!

SCAM Answered and automated message telling me they are HM Revenue and Customs. Revenue and Customs never ring you. They send letters in the post. Scan!!

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. +44 7511 972959 is being used by a Pakistani National Shehryar Shah Bukhari who is running scam online with the names of SecondOpinion (medical consultancy) ans eCommerce AceAapi. Also using same number on whatsapp business and on twitter @RealShehryar to lure people into investing money. Very dangerous person. Stay away to keep safe.

SCAM - Text message - Simon attempted to deliver today but no one answered. Reschedule & track parcel at... giving a link. Clearly a scam. Did not click on the link and have blocked the number.

Being used for phishing. Claims to be from bank security warning of large amounts taken from your card, usually including Amazon, but, as usual, does not specify which bank or card.

I've put this as a Missed call but i didnt actually answer phone, i just let it ring as i didnt know who this was from and didnt actually recognise number, I'm very wary these days ,as there's too many scams goin around so i typed this number into google to see what came up it lead me here where it seemed to have a negative rating , so i will block in my Phone along with many others over the yrs .
