This is a company cold calling about claiming for an accident. I answered as I was expecting a call for something else, usually I ignore numbers I m not familiar with. As soon as they informed me about the accident I had (new to me!) I knew what this call was about so played along. I told them that I had indeed been in an accident and that it was on a bus full of my sports team and that we were all injured. Well, chap was only delighted. SPAM This caller, along with 2 other Birmingham numbers, so far today have called me 3 times. There's an automated message of them claiming to be Amazon and that someone has purchased an iPhone 11 on my account and that I have been billed for this. I have done all the necessary checks and their claims are not true.
