Automated message informing me I m getting arrested by HMRC. Clearly a scam.

Probably a scammer used a spoofed but valid UK number.

Just paid my bill over the phone.. the agent asked me at the end of the call if I would be interested in a smart meter and could i do a survey about how I had been dealt with.. I said a definite no to both.. 30 seconds later a call from this 0800 number..... annoying..... how did they get my number.. surely no means no.......

His name was Daniel and he said he was from Microsoft, calling about my computer!

Called the number back, seems to be a cold call centre related to "bank compensation claims" advised my number is unlisted and requested to be removed from their list

Usual nonsense about accident that I am allegedly involved in.

PPI reclaim. They don't have your details so don't give them any. They hung up when I refused to give them my details.

Claimed to be working in conjunction with my security company, then it became apparent that they only wanted to sell me their products. How can you trust a security company that tells untruths ?

"We understand you ve been in a car accident that was not your fault." I m assuming its just a scam call then.

This number has just phoned me; there was quite a long pause but a man eventually spoke and said it was a UK claim company (didn't quite catch the actual name).

Dodgy sales call offering Facebook ads - avoid.

Persistent vile caller needs to be dealt with as a criminal.

MacKenzie Hall again with yet another number to block. Scamming scum is all they are. I wish a slow painful death to all their employees.

Someone has passed on mobile numbers to this company. They sound like a credit lending company who have false information or just telling lies .

He claimed to be carphone warehouse. No reason they should be calling me. Had a very thick indian accent, sounds in background of call centre ... people speaking hindi! Prob a scam
