Received a call from this number, from someone saying they where a company called Stay Solutions that organised tours, and where looking for partners to link up with for accommodation for their tour clients. They didn't know my name, they didn't have my email address. I am a bed and breakfast, and they said it was for a group of 5. I can only take 4 persons in a booking. I was suspicious, and I think they are using this telephone number illegally, its a scam beware!

SCAM Presented themselves as an online competition for a DELL laptop through The Warehouse New Zealand. They asked for an entry fee to get our bank card number, took the entry fee then 3 days later took more money. The bank transaction shows as Highgames.Online and the number +44753717396 4691792... which the first part I thought might be a UK phone number, hence my post here. Caled at 16:15. An English accented woman launched into "I'm from the Community Energy Review, & want to tell you I am not selling anything..." I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. SCAM. "Investment Opportunity" stole a large sum of money from my father. Uses AnyDesk and transfers funds through Binance.

Called saying they're from Carphone Warehouse, offering me an iphone. Thought I'd play along for a bit instead of hanging up. Asked where they're based so, so I could see if they're far from me. They hung up immediately. Ah well, so much for my game.

Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian).
