BUT see earlier comments reported here, 00472195 9400 called 7June23 at 14:57, left a message along the customary... this is a message from Amazon to advise that your Prime membership has expired and £95 has been charged to your account to renew. Received 2 calls from this number today. Did not pick up as I did not recognise the number. However, I am a bit concerned as the number has been traced to Chechno-Ingushetia. Just be very careful if you receive a call from this number!SCAM

Fraud - Incoming call from a foreign call centre. Person on the phone not very bright. When challenged with questions such as “what bank is calling me?” The person was unable to answer and ultimately terminated the call. I knew it was a scam, but just like to waste their time as much as they waste mine.

SCAM This person rang me 3 times one after the other. He said he was from an investment firm and I stopped his spiel as soon as I heard that. He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. I ended the call and he had the audacity to keep ringing me even though I kept rejecting his call!

Fraud automated call telling me that a payment of over£900 was requested from my visa account and to hit one of a series of numbers on my keypad. Needless to say, I didn't and ended the call.

SCAM. "Investment Opportunity" stole a large sum of money from my father. Uses AnyDesk and transfers funds through Binance.

Caller said they were from BT and they detected suspicious activity on my router. I asked them if they were OK to have the conversation recorded - they hung up.

Seems to be linked to a scam/malware. My phone has sent this number 192 texts but this is not shown in my phone log but shows up on my network provider's records.
