Person said they were ringing about the number of nuisance calls I’ve been receiving, I told him 3 times I hadn’t been receiving any (except for for him) he then hung up.

When I asked if they were calling about PPI or an alleged accident that I had in the last 2 years, they just hung up ... how rude ... blocked the number!

As a consequence of reading the Sunday Telegraph on 2 August 2015 I saw an online car extended warranty advert. Applied to the URL and completed online form; received a quote for ?1000/yr which is excessive and I will not use. Now being called by 0118-971-9700 daily But have blocked that number on my phone.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. They offered to write off my company debt (which does not exist). I had alarm bells right from the beginning and definitely do not trust these guys. Do not trust them and definitely dont give any

Received five (5) calls in a mere three (3) hours this afternoon (16-05-18) from this same telephone number, 0131 285 6768. This raised my suspicions so before returning the call I came upon this site. Thank you.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal.
