When i challenged the caller she said her name was Wendy and she was calling from manchester and it was regarding a hoilday i had booked in march next year. i have booked no holiday, and a soon as i said i had been in touch with the police regarding calls form the wales area she hung up. hmmm

They ve bought an out of date list of names and numbers and are calling purporting to be a legal team. They asked by name for someone who used to use this number > 10 years ago.
SCAM: Persistently calling an elderly woman insisting that her drains need to be inspected and she was legally required to allow the inspection. caller also gave a mobile number 07511485590. Victim refused to comply suspecting a SCAM.

Apparently someone from "credit investigation" saying I have "several debts" but that they know "I'm paying them off" and attempted to get more information from me. Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying. Be very careful and do not give them information, they had my full name. Scammer/Phishing.

This number 07923557674 is a scam the person who has it is called dario sanchez tney name he goes by heh3 said he was working in Ghana and needed money I stupidly gave him 500 he then said to ,e he was no in Ireland but wanted me to give him an extra 300 to fly back to Aberdeen this time I didn't he owes me 500 I asked him when I will get it back his excuse was he he still stuck in Ireland and needed me to pay 300 I didn't do not get involved with this person

UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. CLC holidays. Telling you won on of 5000 holidays, if you pay deposit and travel to Cheltenham for hard sell session. Holidays are self catering in not great location resorts which you can get cheaper elsewhere on very restricted dates. So genuine but nuisance.

Scam- claim to be working for a company near by and came across my number ( after checking sky shield this number had been calling my phone for the last 4 days whilst I was out) . They claim to save your current BT bill ( even though I am with sky talk talk and pay for the phone ). Don?t argue with them as they get really rude. Just hang up and block them
