Received an automated message saying "£600 had been transferred out of my Mastercard account to a foreign country. Press 1 to stop." Hung up!
SCAM Asked if we were receiving nuisance calls. They said our “protection” was ending today. They would send us a box that would stop nuisance calls. They purport to be from TPS or similar. The Telephone Preference Service. Took a conversation to conclude it was a scam.

02080506251 - Called this morning, and was 'flagged up' as potential fraud, so I obviously never answered. However, this site states that this number has been looked up ten times and does not appear to be malicious, but I would still advise NOT to answer or call this number - if it's important enough, they will message or leave a voicemail. At present, they have not done this, so I do not trust it.
SCAM - My elderly mother received a call on her landline from this number (01536 210272) today 4Aug approx 5.10pm. Polite male caller asked her to confirm her name and address which he told her and she did. He said he was from BT and told her as she'd been a loyal customer, having never reported a problem, she was being offered a 35% discount on her bill. As this number is listed as a number in a region of Russia I am assuming it is a scam. I do not know anyone living in Russia!

I received a text from this number saying my apple pay was temporarily deactivated, and a link to reactivate it. Upon clicking the link I was then asked for my name, address and date of birth, and then got suspicious when asked for my full card details. Quick look on google found it is a know scam. Beware.

Its a scam. Usually it hangs up immediately, so likely an auto-dialler, but occasionally someone asks you if you want help with your debt.

This company claims to be an Escrow service provider. IT IS NOT - check out the registration numbers with HMRC, FCA and Companies House. The “parent” has been dormant since 2019. Do a Whois lookup of the domain name - you will probably see that the website went live in the last few days / weeks
